As an Aagon customer you are entitled to support. Find out more about your advantages and services that you can receive as an Aagon customer here.

The Aagon GmbH offers support for all Aagon products that are purchasable. This also counts for products that you test as a demo. Here you receive so called presale support; this support is supposed to help you with the first steps with our software.

Freeware is inherently excluded from support. In this case, use our forum.

Support is included for the following products:


Please keep the following information ready for the support request:

  • Exact product description
  • Version number of the Aagon product
  • Operating system, Service Pack if necessary
  • Hardware situation
  • Network structure
  • System environment (firewall, proxy, router)
  • Wording/Screenshot of possible error messages

Of course we strive to resolve all problems of our customers with ACMP immediately however we can not promise that this is always the case. Should one of our employees thus not be able to solve the problem at one go, we will immediate call you once we can provide a solution.
