Under this vertical tab, you only enter the interval at which the database is searched for escalated tickets. Escalated Tickets are tickets which correspond to the parameters of an escalation that you created earlier (see Available Escalations).

 

Tickets will be shown as escalated in queries only after they have been classified as such within the specified interval. Therefore, the interval should not be too long.
