Here you can state how attachments of incoming emails should be treated. In doing so, file attachments are also saved in a ticket. To prevent burdening your server with overly large file attachments, you can stipulate the maximum size for incoming file attachments. Enter the desired number and select a size unit (KB, MB, GB). This size is per file.

 

If you want to accept attachments from emails, enter 0 KB.

 

In addition, you can exclude different file types so that they are not saved with the ticket. To do this, enter the file extensions - separated by a line break.  Example:

zip
rar
exe

 

When entering file extensions, it is not permitted to enter wildcards (place markers, e.g. *.j*).
