Config Analyser

Version 1.0.1

The ACMP config analyzer is used in particular by the support service, which is thus able to quickly obtain an overall impression of the configuration of the ACMP server and the database. In addition, the Config Analyzer can activate the automatic generation of log files. The collected information includes, for example, hardware and software information of the ACMP server and the database, the number of clients or number of Helpdesk contacts. In general, the ACMP config analyzer is used only at the request of the support service to provide fast and effective assistance. The config analyzer is located in the installation directory of the ACMP server, in the subdirectory Support. To start the config analyzer, simply run ACMPConfigAnalyser.exe.

Hinweis

Note:

Logging can also be activated via the Windows registry. Navigate to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Aagon\ACMP. Here you have different values available for configuration

DebugEnabled: 1 to enable, 0 to disable
DirectDebugDirectory: Location for log files
DirectDebugFiles: Maximum number of log files
DirectDebugFileSize: Maximum file size of log files in KB

The acitvation via the windows registry requires a reboot of the server service.

It is important to ensure that either the ACMPConfigAnalyser.exe runs or the activation via windows registry is done. When both methods are simultaneously active the generated log files are incomplete and unusable.
