In queues you will find all actions which are processed by the client or still have to be processed. If there are data in the queue, you will see two tabs.
Queues
In the Setup tab, you will find a list of all pending actions with a sublist of the computers on which these actions are (to be) carried out.
In the Clients tab, you will find a list of the individual computers/clients with a sublist of the pending actions.
