Edit tickets

To edit a ticket and the ticket data, open the ticket in question by double-clicking the ticket in a query or by directly entering the ticket ID in the appropriate input box in the quick access toolbar (see Start page or Management).

The ticket now appears as described in section Saved ticket . To be able to change the ticket data, click the Change to edit mode icon. This ensures that all fields are released for editing and allows you to change the data.

 

After having made the changes, you must save the ticket again to ensure that the data are transferred correctly to the database. You can do this with the Save changes icon. With the Cancel edit icon, you can reset all fields to the settings that applied before you commenced the editing.
