In order to create rule, mark a folder and click on the icon Create a New Rule in the quick option bar. A dialogue will open, through which a rule can be comfortably created.

 

 

First give the new rule a specific name; under rules. Thereafter, you can add characteristics per drag and drop from the left-side of the dialogue into the right-side of the dialogue. So that you can specific further characteristics, another dialogue will be opened. After specifying the characteristics, they will be shown in the previous dialogue.

 

 

Here you can specify further attributes per drag and drop. By clicking on the operator, you can swap various attributes between an AND Link and an OR Link. Finally, click Finished and the new rule will be available to you.
