Here you have the possibility to define the language for the email templates. You can choose either English or German. For more information about the templates, see section Notifications.

 

Furthermore, you can influence the behavior of pending tickets. If the status of a ticket is Pending, the status can be changed automatically to a status which can be configured here. This happens when an email arrives, which is assigned to a corresponding ticket via the ticket ID in the subject of the email.

 

For ticket comments, you can define a standard for all comments in Default font/font size. In the section Email signature, you can specify a signature that will be appended by ACMP to all outgoing emails.
