At this point, settings can be adjusted in order to automatically send emails. In doing so, various email templates and recipients can be created for various events.

 

By means of the notification events various receivers can be assigned to various events, e.g. Ticket created. In this connection a distinction is made between internal (e.g. Helpdesk staff) and external contacts .
