Internal e-mail templates

In this tab you will find various e-mail templates, from which e-mails can be automatically generated in an event and sent to your own colleagues assigned to that event.

 

7.5.6.2 - InterneE-MailVorlagen

 

With the drop-down box event you can view the template for a specific event and edit it in the fields below. By default, variables are already available, which describe the essential information of a ticket. You can change the contents, and of course also use other variables (see Use of Variables) to design a dynamic email content.

 

Remember to save the modified template.
