In the tab General, you can state whether the Helpdesk web interface is enabled. The second option Automatically download embedded images in web interface prevents images from being displayed in the web interface if deactivated. Instead, a corresponding message is displayed, which offers the option to load the images at a later stage.
You can also specify the size of the files attached to a ticket, which is generated via the web interface. The size refers to every single file attached.
