Base query

With the Base query tab you can define a query and have the result of the query displayed on the start page after login to the web interface. To this end, select the appropriate, existing ticket fields in the Fields section of the base query, and move them with drag & drop from the list on the left-hand side to the definition field on the right-hand side. You can select additionally sorting instructions.

Of course it is also possible to create a filter for the standard query. This works just like the creation of a filter for a normal query. Here, too, you can use the desired filter criteria with drag & drop. For more information, see the chapter Create queries and Set up filters.
