Here, you can manage or rename custom fields. If you change a field, save the changes with the Save icon in the quick access toolbar. You can alternate between individual fields with the Tab key.

Contact-related fields

Here you can rename fields ad lib. You can have these fields later displayed and completed in the ticket; they relate to the contact person (see Ticket fields). For each field, enter the English designation in the left column, and the German designation in the right column. Thus, the fields are displayed correctly in the language that was selected during login at the console.

 

If these fields are used, you can generally only enter strings in the ticket. This means that no check for a valid date of similar data is performed. The column Size indicates the number of characters that can be entered in the relevant field.
