Categories

In this tab you can manage the categories in which you can classify different tickets after creation, or even at a later stage. Three categories are already available.

 

7.5.4 - Kategorien

 

With the Add button, you can create a new category. It opens a small input dialog box in which you can enter the German as well as the English name of the category. In this way the categories will be displayed in the language specified during login at the console.

 

With the Edit button, you can change or adapt the names of a previously marked category. If you change an existing category name here, the names will be changed as well in all tickets that are assigned to this category.

 

With the Delete button you the option to delete a previously marked category. All tickets which have been assigned to this deleted category are afterwards no longer assigned to any category.
