Submit a new ticket

Version 1.0.1

You can create a new ticket with the New ticket button of the Ticket overview tab. Here you can first select a contact via a button and enter the necessary ticket information. This information is similar to the information required by the console. Images can be integrated into the description as well.

Only comments and ticket attachments cannot be entered here. These can be added after the creation of the ticket (see chapter Ticket details).
