Reminder

If you have an open ticket before you, you can add a reminder for it. This function will issue a reminder about this ticket will be issued at a given time, if a symbol is shown before the ticket concerned. To this end, the ticket must run in an open query (see Start page). Click Reminder, and another section will open on top of the current ticket.

 

With a small calendar in the drop-down menu you can select the desired date. You should also specify a suitable time when you want to get the reminder. Furthermore, it is possible to enter a title and a description, which will then be displayed. The title already includes two corresponding internal variables (see Use of variables), which represent the ticket ID and the ticket title.

 

7.2.3.2 - Erinnerung

 

To finalize the settings for the reminder, click on the small Save icon in the right top corner. This icon now changes into an Edit icon, and the entire section is reduced to a short status bar, which displays the set date and time.

 

To delete the reminder, simply click on the corresponding icon in the upper right corner.
