Templates are available to create tickets for recurring problems. These templates are created similar to a ticket. In this way you can later simply supplement new data as soon as a ticket is generated on the basis of a template.

 

A further possibility is the use of a template as a Hot Topic. If a ticket is created from a Hot Topic template, it will be archived directly in the system and cannot be edited anymore. This means that standard tasks can be recorded in the system. Changes to a Hot Topic ticket can only be made by opening the ticket again.

Templates can be created, viewed and deleted using the Template Manager. You can access the management functions with the Template icon in the Ticket Manager. Hot Topic templates are shown here with a small flame on the icon.
