Creating templates Add_16x16

To create a template, open the Template Manager and click the Add template. This opens an input mask similar to the one for tickets.

Here you can enter some of the information for a later ticket. Important are the title, description and a template name. If you select the Hot Topic option, a ticket will be generated directly from the later template, without the possibility fo change or add information. For information on the individual fields, see chapter Working with tickets.

 

Edit Edit16x16

To edit a template, select it and click the View template icon. The template is opened like a ticket in the non-edit mode (see Saved ticket) and can then be edited like a ticket with the Edit button.

 

Delete Delete16x16

To delete a template, select it and click the Delete template icon.
