Consequences of retiring

Consider them, you are not able to mark retiring as undone. Check the following additional consequences:

 

1.Retired clients are not shown in any query, expected queries for retired clients
2.It is not possible to link retired client with containers. Existing links were cancled.
3.It is not possible to execute client command on retired clients.
4.In the calculation of used licenses you will not see retired clients. Instead you need a license for ACMP Retired Clients.
5.It is not possible to execute client actions. The only exeption is delete client data.
6.When you try to execute any action on a retired client the actiopn will be declined and the ACMP agent stops working
a.Additional there will be an entry in the windows eventlog that the client XY was declined because of retiring
7.It is not possible to use a retired client in the OS Deployment.

After retiring all links to contacts and helpdesk-tickets remains.

Furthermore you can add and delete added documents, delete log-files and edit userdefined fields.
