License and warranty
The software acquired with this license (hereinafter referred to as "Software") is the property of Aagon or its licensors and is protected by copyright under national laws. By accepting the license agreement, you obtain the right to use the Software. Unless otherwise agreed in a supplement to the provided license, the use of the Software is subject to the following provisions:
You may:
| a) | use a copy of the Software on a single computer. |
| b) | create a copy of the Software for archiving purposes or copy the Software to the hard disk of your computer and archive the original disks. |
| c) | use the Software on a network, provided that you have a licensed copy of the Software for each computer that can access the Software via the network. |
| d) | permanently transfer the Software to a third party after written notification to Aagon, provided that you have handed over all copies of the Software and accompanying documentation, and that the recipient of the Software accepts the terms and conditions of this license agreement. |
You are not authorized:
| a) | to copy the documentation supplied with the Software. |
| b) | to lend, rent out or sublicense the Software in whole or in part. |
| c) | to develop the software back (reverse engineering), to decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to make the source code of the software accessible, to modify, or translate the Software or to create derivative products from it. |
| d) | to use a previously received copy or the prior version of the Software after having receiving a replacement disk set or an upgraded version as a replacement for an earlier version, unless you make the earlier version available to a non-profit organization after an upgrade, and if this organization declares in writing that they will use the product as sole end user and that they will comply with the provisions of this agreement. In all other cases, all copies of earlier versions must be destroyed after acquisition of an updated version of the Software. |

Limited warranty
Aagon warrants for sixty (60) days as of the date of receipt that the media on which the Software is delivered are free from materials and/or workmanship defects. In the event that the supplied product does not comply with the warranty, your sole claim shall be - at the choice of Aagon - either to replacement of the defective products returned together with the proof of purchase within the warranty period or to a refund of the purchase price paid. This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This warranty gives you specific statutory rights. You may have other rights which vary from country to country.
Exclusion of liability
Irrespective of whether any of the legal remedies explained herein fulfill their essential purpose, Aagon shall in now way be held liable for any indirect, consequential or similar damage (including damages for loss of profits or loss of data) that result from the use of the Software or the inability to use the Software, even if Aagon has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Some countries do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so that the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. The liability of Aagon is in any event limited to the purchase price paid for the Software. The above exclusion and limitation apply irrespective of whether you accept the Software.
