Solutions

Solutions serve to assign a solution status to a ticket in the Helpdesk Center. In this way you can recognize immediately in a ticket if a solution has been found, or or how to proceed with the ticket.

 

Here you have the option to enable or disable the solutions across the system. If you activate the solutions you will find an additional field in each ticket, in which you can select the appropriate solution. The solution can and may have to be changed later again if required.

 

In the selection bar you can select the default value, which is used automatically for each new ticket. Bear in mind that the ticket can only be closed if the solution is not No solution.

Solutions

 

With the buttons on the right side, you can create additional solutions, edit existing ones or even delete them. With the arrow buttons, you can move the solutions to their position, so that they appear in the order adjusted to your needs.
