Notifier

The ACMP Helpdesk Notifier notifies you when a new ticket is received, or if changes have been made to an existing one. You can open the ticket concerned in the ACMP console from a notification.

If you have a CTI license, a calling helpdesk contact will be recognized. You can have a list with the contact's open tickets displayed and open them in the ACMP Console. In addition, you can control you phone with the PC. You can answer calls, call contacts with one click and hold or forward conversations. During a call, you can conveniently open all open tickets of your counterpart and thus work more effectively.
