OneScanClient

The OneScanClient runs as follows: Call the network share acmp on the ACMP server. The subfolder OneScanClient in the corresponding folder contains a file, OSCLnch.exe, which you simply have to run. All data are then collected, sent to the server, and the OneScanClient is terminated. To make this procedure as conventient as possible, you can start the execution with a login script.

Parameter for the OneScanClient

You are able to start the OneScanClient with the following parameters

/Silent

This parameter respectively that the progress bar will not be shown on the system. This makes it possible to execute the OSC directly at the systemstart without disturb the user.

/IgnoreTimings

With this parameter you are able to ignore the startconditions. This is important when you want to perform the OSC on a client with installed client service. When you perform the OSC on these systems there possibly won't be scan data.

/IncludeVulnerabilityScan

This parameter respectively that the OSC also scans vulnerabilities. To perfom this scan it is necessary to add valid licenses for ACMP Vulnerability Management.

Note:

Execution without administrative rights

When you execute the OneScanClient without administrative rights you will not get any memory information. To get them you need a driver for the COUID scanner. This driver have to be loaded in the Ring0 (Kernel mode)

 

Execution with administrative rights

When you execute the OneScanClient with administrative rights you will not get any information about user mapped network drives.
