The ACMP Securitydetective solution serves to inventory safety parameters of the individual clients. For this purpose, the most common anti-virus programs can be inventoried and monitored. Additionally, the associated services can be started, stopped and rebooted on each client. Furthermore, the Security Center (Windows XP SP2), including any existing spyware protection (as from Windows Vista), can be read out and inventoried. Based on these data it is possible to create a current safety analysis of the entire IT infrastructure in relation to the mentioned security mechanisms.
