General remarks > Technical license restriction

The trial version of ACMP contains all functions, which are in any licenced version. The following licenses are included for free using:

15 licenses ACMP Invetory

15 licenses ACMP Desktop Automation

15 licenses ACMP Software Detective

15 licenses ACMP Security Detective

15 licenses ACMP OS Deployment

15 licenses ACMP Vulnerability Management

5 licenses ACMP Mobile Devices for Exchange

75 licenses to create tickets in the ACMP Helpdesk

75 licenses to create assets in the ACMP Asset Management

1 license ACMP CTI

When you start your ACMP console you will see a note that you are using evaluation licenses.

Provided you have licensed ACMP you can add your license now. You will be redirect to the correct position. Otherwise select Continue with eval licenses to continue testing.

Consequences of Sublicencing

If you added not enough licenses there are the following consequences:

ACMP Inventory	No restriction
ACMP Desktop Automation	You can not execute client command on client without valid licenses.
ACMP Software Detective	The number of client in the data base. When there are more client than valid licenses you will see a note. A technically restriction is not set up yet.
ACMP Security Detective	No restriction
ACMP OS Deployment	Node Locked: These licenses are bound to a specific client within the first rollout. You are able to do the rollout as often as you like on this client. If there are more clients than licenses you are not able to do the rollout for new clients. Floating: These licenses are not bound to a specific client. It is possible to do the rollout on licensed clients.
ACMP Mobile Devices for Exchange	Within a Mobile Devices for Exchange license is one needed license per ACMP Dektop Automation and ACMP Software Detective.
ACMP CTI	You can use that interface for the licensed number. It is not possible to use the interface furthermore
ACMP Helpdesk	The number of client in the data base. When there are more client than valid licenses you will see a note. A technically restriction is not set up yet.
ACMP Asset Management	The number of client in the data base. When there are more client than valid licenses you will see a note. A technically restriction is not set up yet.
ACMP Application Usage Tracking	You will get a license file for SICS. This license file has a defined end of time. After this time the SICS (and therefore ACMP Application Usage Tracking) makes his service.
ACMP Multi-Site Plus	You will get a license file for SICS. This license file has a defined end of time. After this time the SICS (and therefore ACMP Multi-Site Plus) makes his service.
ACMP Retired Clients	You can retire the number of client with valid licenses for ACMP Retired Clients. When you try to retire more client you will get an error message.
ACMP Vulnerability Management	You can search for vulnerabilities in the number of valid licenses of ACMP Vulnerability Management. If there are more clients in your network it is not possible to execute the analysis on all clients.

Note:

You have to purchase a license for client as soon as they were recorded in the data base.

If there are more clients in the data base as valid licenses it is possible to execute tasks on cthe number of valid licenses.
