Since both web interfaces are based on ASP.NET, the appropriate framework must be installed as well. Therefore, please install the latest version of the framework on the appropriate server. In order for the IIS server to work with this framework, a registration of the framework must be performed with the following command:
%windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regiis.exe -I
Registration takes a few seconds, after which the runtime environment is complete.
