Clients of a Contact

In the Clients tab of a contact, you can specify which clients will be displayed when you want to assign a ticket to one or more clients using the shortcut (see Ticket Data). By default, all clients which were permanently assigned to the contact in question are displayed (see Manage Contacts). The other option displays the clients which have been permanently assigned to the contact in question, as well as the clients most recently accessed by the contact. These are all the clients where the contact in question was the most recently logged contact/user.

 

Hinweis

Note:

An Active Directory is required to display the clients on which a contact was the most recently logged contact/user. In addition, the contact data must coincide with the data of the Active Directory as far as email address and the name of contacts or Active Directory accounts are concerned (see Login).
