Version 1.0.1

The login page is the first page you see from the web interface. You will reach this page by entering the following address in your browser, and where [ip] is the IP address of the computer on which the web interface installed:http://[ip]/Self service/Login.aspx.

On the login page you will generally find the fields user name, password, and language. As a self service user, enter your email address and the corresponding password. If you do not have a password or have forgotten yours, you can request a password. To do so, open the section Login information and password request below the login information. If authentication vis-à-vis an Active Directory  is installed, you can select a drop-down list, select the appropriate domain (see Login).

However, in order to receive a password, you have to be registered in the user administration (see Manage Contacts) with the matching email address.

7.6.6.1 - Login

If auto login is enabled in the web interface configuration (see General), the user can also select whether his data are to be stored. This would mean that the user does not have to re-enter his data each time he calls up the web interface.
