Ticket details

A page opens to provide a view of the ticket details, showing the most important data of a ticket. These include the contact-related and the ticket-related data as well as accessible comments and the ticket attachments. Depending on the settings, images are hidden or unhidden Images are grouped on or hidden depending on the setting (see General). When images are hidden, placeholders appear. Similarly, a corresponding message is displayed at the top of the page, which offers the possibility to load the images at a later stage. The images are also available in the attachments folder.

To make the ticket details more transparent, it is possible to fold individual sections in or out by clicking on the corresponding arrow buttons in the head of each section.

 

Additional comments and images can be added to the ticket, with the author being able to decide if the comment should be visible in the web interface (see Rights management in the Helpdesk). Further attachments can be added to the ticket, or attachments can be edited or deleted.

 

If ticket data should be changed, click on the Edit button; this wil cause a website to open on which you can change the ticket information. Likewise, the contact can be changed via a button.
